What is cleaning fee?
A .: It is a term used in the vacation rental modality and means a fee used to help with the expenses of light, laundry, cleaning, among others. It does not mean cleaning and changing bed linen and towels daily.

Can I rent the apartment for months?
A .: The vacation rental modality is characterized by short and medium term rentals, usually between 3 and 10 days.

The apartment will be shared with other people?
A .: The reservation is made for the entire apartment, so the apartment is not shared with other reservations.

 

Does the apartment have dishes and cutlery?
A .: Yes, all apartments have a small kitchen equipped with basic utensils for small meals, such as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, microwaves, stoves, refrigerator. More details in the description of the chosen apartment.

 

Does the apartment have bed linen and towels?
A .: Yes, we provide bed linen and towels for the stay, however, we do not make changes during the reservation.

 

Have breakfast?
A .: We do not provide breakfast.

 

Do you have wifi?
A .: Yes, all apartments have internet with wifi.

 

Do all apartments have a sea view?
A .: No. Some apartments are located on the seafront, however, with a view of the internal space of the building, or the street behind the beach. Some apartments are also located on other streets in Copacabana. Check the apartment description.

 

Can I have a party in the apartment?
A .: Party is not allowed in any of the apartments.

 

Can I bring my pet?
A .: We usually accept small animals, but it depends on the apartment, so send us a message first to confirm.

 

Can I receive visits?
A .: In most apartments, however, it must be informed to the landlord and cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment. To know the capacity, just see the description of the chosen apartment or send us a message. To make sure that the booked apartment allows visits, read the condominium rules.
